5 ways to use Kernels daily

You know that you probably should find some way to be better organized, but how can Kernels help? You might know a thing or two about how to use Kernels, but with these tips, you can become a power user today.

1. Save and organize notes

Kernels are simple ways to organize thoughts and ideas. A collective hub for things to remember, things to finish, and things to read again later. All with an easy-to-use tagging system.

Kernels have a read later feature that lets users save articles and other links they come across and want to, well, read later. Saved links appear in a new Kernel section. With the option to tag and organize content.

3. Create shopping lists

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by a bloated grocery list. The list grows as you keep adding items, and you’ll quickly lose track of everything you need. With Kernels, you can create a master shopping list with your essentials. Or create lists for individual shopping trips. And tag and organize those shopping lists for future review and inspiration.

4. Save your favorite recipes

Kernels are an easy way to add recipes from anywhere, creating one manually, using a web browser extension to clip recipe metadata from sites, or saving a link straight into the app.

5. Copy and paste text from photos

Take a photo with the text you want to copy into a document. Go into the Photos app and select the photo with the text you want to copy. This feature also works from the camera roll inside the camera app. Press down on the text you want to copy with your finger, as you would in an Apple Note or text message. Two text selector dots should appear on the photo. Go into Kernels, tap on the text field, and paste.

The Kernels app works on iPad, iPhone, Mac, and Android. Kernels focus on productivity and help you get the most out of your day.
